Job Title: Field Operations Lead

Position Summary

• Gamma Mobility is seeking a Field Operations Lead to manage and oversee field activities, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks, operational compliance, and safety standards. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of field personnel, optimizing processes, and coordinating recovery, verification, and emergency response teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper rider verification, and compliance with company policies.
• Handle on-ground incidents such as accidents, recovery or theft, ensuring prompt resolution and reporting.
• Liaise with law enforcement or recovery teams in cases of asset retrieval or theft incidents.
• Maintain rider compliance.
• Act as a liaison between the logistics team, customers, and field staff to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Proven experience 1-2 years in field operations, preferably in the gig economy or mobility sector.
• Good understanding of logistics and fleet management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with drivers and customers.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle high-pressure situations.
