Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales, engaging potential clients, and developing long-term customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.
- This role requires a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of real estate sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential clients through direct outreach, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong client network, providing expert guidance on property investments.
- Negotiate and close property sales, ensuring seamless transaction processes while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
- Minimum of 2+ years in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals, exceed targets, and generate revenue growth.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Understanding of property sales trends, investment strategies, and real estate regulations.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple clients, and adapt to market changes.
Salary
N200,000 per month.
