Job Title: Business Development Officer
Job Summary
- The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills to strengthen the company’s competitive position within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to attract new business.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align business development efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business performance reports.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently under pressure.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N500,000 – N750,000 per month.
