Responsibilities
Risk Identification and Assessment

• Identify potential risks to the organization.
• Assess the likelihood and impact of risks.
• Develop risk assessments and reports.

Risk Mitigation and Control

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Design and implement controls to reduce risk.
• Monitor and review control effectiveness.

Risk Monitoring and Review

• Continuously monitor and review risks.
• Identify changes in risk likelihood or impact.
• Update risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Compliance and Regulatory

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Monitor and report on compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Communication and Training

• Communicate risk management policies and procedures.
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees.
• Ensure employees understand risk management responsibilities.

Reporting and Governance

• Prepare and present risk management reports.
• Provide risk management insights to senior management.
• Ensure risk management governance and oversight.

Continuous Improvement

• Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes.
• Identify and implement best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
