Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Job Summary
- The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience in the laundry department.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Maintain customer records and process transactions.
- Track and update order statuses for customers.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
- Manage social media and online customer interactions.
- Create promotional materials using Canva.
- Maintain reports and customer databases using Excel.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in laundry or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and Canva.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Applicants should reside around Orchid road, Jakande, Agungi, ikota axis
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
