Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Officer
Job Description
- We are seeking to engage a competent facility officer whose primary responsibility would be to oversee all our restaurant appliances/ equipments.
- The ideal candidate would be responsible for the perfect working condition of all electrical and mechanical equipments including generating sets with an overall cost cutting initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure both electrical and mechanical equipments and appliances are in good working condition at all outlets.
- Act immediately there is a report of fault of any appliances and equipments at any outlet to determine the need for repairs.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Supervise artisans and third party vendors during maintenance and repairs.
Requirements and Skills
- First Degree or relevant qualification
- 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Proven experience as facilities officer from a quick service restaurant.
- Well-versed in technical operations, utility and facilities management best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Possess multitasking ability.
