Job Description

• We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to handle customer interactions, ensure satisfaction, and provide a welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude
• Handle reservations, orders, and inquiries efficiently
• Address customer complaints and provide swift resolutions
• Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1-5 years work experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, courteous, and able to handle high-pressure situations
• Ability to work shifts (4 days on, 2 days off).

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
