Job Title:  Creative Strategy Trainee 

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking to hire a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Strategy Trainee.
• The ideal role holder will gain hands-on experience in conducting research, brainstorming creative ideas, and collaborating with teams to craft compelling campaigns that drive brand engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing creative strategies that align with client goals and brand positioning.
• Conducting market research and analyse consumer behaviour to uncover insights that inform campaign development.
• Collaborating with internal teams to brainstorm and conceptualize engaging marketing campaigns.
• Supporting the ideation and creation of content across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, and experiential marketing.
• Working closely with designers, copywriters, and production teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Assist in developing presentations and creative proposals for internal and client-facing projects.
• Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas.
• Helping track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for optimization and improvement.
• Supporting the execution of brand activations, events, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc / HND) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (Minimum Second Class Lower, 2:1) from a reputable institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into creative strategies.
• A strong passion for marketing, branding, and creative storytelling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Salary
N130,000 per month.
