Job Title: Chief Engineer / Engineering Manager

Job Description

• We are seeking two highly competent and experienced Chief Engineers, preferably with knowledge of the biscuit industry systems, to join our team. 
• The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise, a proactive approach, and a solid track record of problem-solving and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize engineering solutions for production systems, with a focus on the biscuit industry.
• Perform regular system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial or other related disciplines.
• 7-10 years of experience in engineering roles, preferably within the biscuit or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with industrial systems and machinery is an advantage.

Salary
N500,000 – N750,000 Monthly (Net).
