Job Title: Sales Advisor
Major Responsibilities
- Generating leads and building relationships with potential clients.
- Conducting property viewings and presenting properties effectively.
- Negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the entire real estate process.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication,interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Passion for the real estate industry and a desire to learn and grow.
Salary
- Base pay, 80,000 / month
- Commission: a % of all closed sales.
