Job Title: Technical Adviser to the CEO

Mission

Description

• Act as the CEO’s strategic partner, ensuring key initiatives and high-stakes projects are progressing as planned.
• Track, monitor, and drive the execution of critical projects requiring CEO oversight, ensuring accountability across teams.
• Prepare high-impact presentations for Board meetings, AGMs, investor pitches, and public engagements, translating complex business strategies into compelling visual narratives.
• Manage executive communication and craft reports, executive summaries, and briefs that keep the CEO and stakeholders aligned.
• Collaborate with finance, strategy, investor relations, and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of strategic priorities.
• Provide analysis and insights that help the CEO make informed decisions, using data to support key recommendations.
• Engage with C-suite executives, board members, investors, and external partners, ensuring that CEO directives are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Anticipate challenges, identify roadblocks, and proactively problem-solve to keep critical projects on track.
• Handle high-pressure situations, competing priorities, and tight deadlines with confidence and efficiency.

Education

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related discipline 
• Relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience:

• 9 –  17 years’ experience, with at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role in consulting, strategy, investment banking, or corporate executive support.
• Experience in Financial services, Consulting, Fintech, banking or Telecom is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of corporate strategy, financial services, and market dynamics.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization skills, you can turn raw data into compelling, executive-ready insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management: you can influence, collaborate, and drive alignment at the highest levels.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, you keep high-impact projects moving forward.
