Job Title: Operations Assistant
About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant with experience with open market trade, to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the business, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and contributing to efficient workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the operations team.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and supply chain activities.
- Prepare and update operational reports and documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support in planning and executing operational projects as needed.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years experience in operations, administrative or open market sales roles (experience in FMCG is a must).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
