Job Title: Head of Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to oversee our financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive financial planning and strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and risk assessment, with the ability to provide financial insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business performance.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
Monitor cash flow, financial reporting, and cost management.
Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance efficiency and performance.
Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with senior management to support business objectives.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least [5] years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
