Job Title: Sales Manager (Tech)
Position Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales managerto lead our sales team and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experiencein software sales, SaaS, or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the technology sector.
- Experience managing and leading a sales team.
Technical & Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding ofsoftware sales cycles, SaaS models, and cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge ofCRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Familiarity withenterprise software, cybersecurity, AI, or other tech solutions (depending on the company’s focus).
Sales & Leadership Skills:
- Excellentnegotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability todevelop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Strong leadership and team management experience to motivate and guide sales teams.
- Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and optimize strategies.
