Job Title: Mineral Process R&D Researcher
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute advanced mineral processing research projects.
- Develop and optimize methods for ore processing and beneficiation.
- Perform analytical assessments to enhance mineral recovery processes.
- Draft comprehensive research documentation and technical reports.
- Contribute to scaling up processes from lab-level experimentation to industrial application.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and advancements in mineral processing.
Qualifications
- M.Tech in Metallurgy and a Ph.D. in Mineral Processing (or equivalent).
- Proven research experience in mineral processing.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and contribute to process advancements
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in research planning and execution.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with process scaling and industrial application development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
