Job Title: Marketer / Sales Executive
Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketer/Sales Executive to join our team.
- We are a leading supplier of heavy electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgears, and electrical panels.
- Our company provides innovative solutions to various industries, including power generation, transmission, and distribution.
Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.)
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing materials
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote products and services
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed
Administrative:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing efforts
- Prepare and submit sales reports, marketing reports, and other performance metrics as required
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the heavy electrical equipment industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and increasing brand awareness
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
