Job Title: Marketer / Sales Executive

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketer/Sales Executive to join our team. 
  • We are a leading supplier of heavy electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgears, and electrical panels. 
  • Our company provides innovative solutions to various industries, including power generation, transmission, and distribution.

Responsibilities
Marketing:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing materials

Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote products and services
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed

Administrative:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing efforts
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, marketing reports, and other performance metrics as required
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the heavy electrical equipment industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and increasing brand awareness
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
