Job Title: Business Development Manager

Description 

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • This role requires a proactive and strategic individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, developers, and brokers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and proper documentation.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions, leads, and sales within the company CRM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Existing network of contacts in the real estate industry.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
