Job Title: Business Development Manager
Description
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- This role requires a proactive and strategic individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, developers, and brokers.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions, leads, and sales within the company CRM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Existing network of contacts in the real estate industry.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
