Job Description
Chinese Cook:

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes to perfection
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
• Supervise and train Cook Assistants
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service

Cook Assistant:

• Assist the Chinese Cook in food preparation and cooking
• Learn and master traditional Chinese cooking techniques and recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Support the kitchen team during peak periods

Requirements
Chinese Cook

• 3+ years of experience in a Chinese kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and recipes
• Ability to lead and train a team

Cook Assistant:

• 1+ year of experience in a kitchen environment
• Willingness to learn and master traditional Chinese cooking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
