Job Title: Administrative Manager (Male)
Responsibilities
- Serve as first contact point at the Support Office
- Oversee office administration, and facility operations to ensure seamless daily activities
- Implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and office supplies, ensuring all administrative needs are met
- Collaborate with other departments to align administrative support with organizational goals
- Keep updated records of offices expenses and costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years admin experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
- Candidate must reside within Mowe, Ibafo, and its environs.
