Job Title: Construction Driver (Excavator, Bulldozer, and Heavy Equipment Operator)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, forklift,graders, backhoes, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures to prevent accidents.
• Assist in land clearing, grading, excavation, and site preparation for construction projects.
• Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and other construction workers to meet project goals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or repairs needed to the maintenance team.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• SSCE qualification
• Proven experience operating excavators, bulldozers, loaders, or other heavy machinery.
• Valid driver’s/operator’s license for heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and machine maintenance.
• Ability to read site plans, grade stakes, and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
