Job Title: Beverage Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Revenue Achievement: Drive sales exceeding N100M
- Market Expansion & Share Growth: Boost penetration of Nigeria Bottling Company, Frutta, Mirinda, and Seven-Up brands
- Distribution Optimization: Reduce stockouts & expand sales channels
- Profitability Enhancement: Implement cost-saving & price optimization strategies
- Team Leadership: Build & manage a high-performing sales team
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activities & customer trends.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of revenue targets
- Increase in stock points & distribution
- Growth in market share & customer retention
- Expansion of beverage distribution network.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of Lagos market & distribution channels
- Proven sales track record & leadership experience
- Analytical & problem-solving skills.
