• Market Expansion & Share Growth: Boost penetration of Nigeria Bottling Company, Frutta, Mirinda, and Seven-Up brands
• Distribution Optimization: Reduce stockouts & expand sales channels
• Profitability Enhancement: Implement cost-saving & price optimization strategies
• Team Leadership: Build & manage a high-performing sales team
• Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activities & customer trends.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of revenue targets
• Increase in stock points & distribution
• Growth in market share & customer retention
• Expansion of beverage distribution network.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of Lagos market & distribution channels
• Proven sales track record & leadership experience
• Analytical & problem-solving skills.
