Job Title: Sales Associate
Duties
- Sharing Product knowledge with customers: answer customers’ questions and direct them to the right products.
- Offering product information, and assisting them in finding items. Understanding and promoting current sales.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
- May conduct sales transactions through.
- Comply with inventory control procedures;
- Suggest ways to improve sales e.g. planning marketing activities
- Learn as much as you can about a product so you can answer customer questions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and participate
- Cross Sell Product
- Resolve customer problems and address complaints;
- Inform customers about current product or service promotions
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- NYSC, Fresh Graduate and Entry Level
