Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities
Keeping Organized Sales Record:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information ·
- Ensure the adequacy ofsales
- Maintain organized sales recordsand report month-end goal setting to the senior management team ·
- Arrange for creation responsible for managing customer accounts, preparing sales reports, and coordinating sales activities.
- Must be organized expertise in streamlining processes, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, and facilitating communication channels to enhance overall.
Respond to Client Concerns:
- Manages departmental budgets; responds to client concerns;
- Maintains customer relations and satisfaction.
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients and retention.
- Sales of products; working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design ICT.
Monitoring and reporting on team:
- Monitoring the team’s progress, identifying short comings, and proposing improvements.
- Maintaining an organized and accessible filing system for sales and identify shortcomings and propose improvements; Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information;
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related.
Sales Presentations and Proposal:.
- Helping prepare impactful sales presentations
- Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient sales processes and seamless communication with clients
- Targets and quotas for sales teams, training, and tools for presentingsales presentations
Varying Customer Order Accuracy:
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness; Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems; Monitor the team’s progress.
- Managing sales schedules, coordinating sales team activities, processing orders, and maintainingcustomerrelationships.
Writing Sales Report:
- Writing sales or invoice reports, creating sales presentations, ordering products and equipment.
- Scheduling other team events, creating and reviewingsales reports
Assisting With Sales Strategies:
- Assist sales team in the implementation of an organization’s sales initiatives and strategies.
- Byassistingin proposal development,showcasing the company’s offerings.
- Assist in the development in shapingsales strategiesand processes.
Customer enquiries:
- Responds to any inquiries from the consumer;
- Evaluates the performance of salespeople;
- Managingcustomeraccounts, preparing sales reports, and coordinating sales activities.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales process;
- Suggest solutions in a timely manner;
- Identify labor with needs, strengths and weaknesses;
- Identify needs for sales.
- Identifypotential customers; tracking the quotas and goals of each member of thesales.
- Identifyopportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Coordination quotes with sales pack:
- Supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction,coordinating with other teams, handling administrative duties, and promoting.
- Managing andcoordinating the activities of the sales team · Planning sales drives and scheduling other team.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Marketing & Bio-Chemistry & Chemistry with a minimum 3 years in the same field
