Job Title: Sales Admin Officer
Job Purpose
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Officer to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales operations, and ensuring seamless order processing.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product dispatch.
- Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and provide necessary support to the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, invoices, and other documentation as required.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages.
- Support the sales team in meeting targets by providing administrative and operational assistance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales administrative role, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of sales and inventory management processes is an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant marketing/sales software.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of FMCG, food processing, or frozen foods industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
