About the Fashion Future Program (FFP)

• FFP equips young fashion entrepreneurs, especially women, with the skills and resources needed to excel in garment, footwear, and leatherwork industries.
• The program fosters local production through training, mentorship, and market access.

Role Overview

• The BDSP Officer will provide business development support to MSMEs in the fashion cluster. They will drive growth strategies, facilitate market access, and connect businesses with financial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies for MSMEs.
• Identify market access opportunities and expansion areas.
• Build relationships with MSMEs, service providers, and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate partnerships and support MSMEs in sales, networking, and lead generation.
• Track business development activities and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in business development, market access, or financial inclusion (Consulting or banking background preferred).
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly. (No relocation fee).
