Job Title: Club House Manager

Job Summary

• As the Club house Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards.
• Your role includes supervising staff, coordinating activities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, handling guest concerns, and driving overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-line staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address complaints.
• Monitor inventory and manage stock levels.
• Oversee daily cash handling and sales transactions.
• Undertaking any other assignment or service as may be required by the Club Manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of hospitality software and POS systems is an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
