Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

As our HR manager, you will manage and optimize HR functions, drive talent acquisition strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce needs.
Design and execute performance management systems and development plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR management in the consumer finance industry.
Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is required.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / Month.
