Job Title: Risk Manager

Job Summary

• As the credit analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the organization’s financial health and operations. 
• This role involves developing risk management policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies to minimize exposure to financial risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures in alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Identify, assess, and monitor financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and external legal requirements.
• Establish and maintain a risk register to track and manage key risk areas.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, compliance, and legal teams, to integrate risk management strategies into business operations.
• Report and communicate risk-related findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in risk analysis tools, financial modeling, and data analytics.

Salary
N650,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
