Key Responsibilities
- Generating Leads: Identifying potential customers and prospects through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, online research).
- Outreach and Engagement: Contacting potential customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings to introduce the company and its offerings.
- Needs Assessment: Understanding the customer’s needs, challenges, and goals to tailor product/service solutions.
- Product/Service Presentation: Clearly and persuasively presenting the value proposition of the company’s products or services to potential customers.
- Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to foster trust and loyalty.
