Job Title: Female Human Resources Manager
Job Description
- A Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees all aspects of an organization’s human resources functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Recruitment and Hiring:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances, and mediate disputes.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and health insurance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, safety, and discrimination.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
- Manage the HR budget.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and external stakeholders.
- Work with other departments to ensure alignment of HR practices with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND with 3 – 4 years work experience.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
