Job Title: Female Personal Assistant
Job Description
- A personal assistant (PA)helps a person with their daily tasks, both personal and professional.
- They work closely with their employer to help them manage their time and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling:Manage appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Travel:Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations
- Research:Conduct research and present findings
- Documentation:Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Events:Organize and attend meetings, and ensure the manager is well prepared
- Organization:Manage filing systems, office supplies, and courier services
- Liaison:Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff
- Personal tasks:Run errands and handle day-to-day tasks for the employer
- Communication:Act as the first point of contact for phone calls and correspondence.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 – 4 years experience.
Skills and attributes:
- Very smart, savvy personality.
- Multitasking
- Organizational skills
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Tact and diplomacy
- A knowledge of standard software packages.
Work settings:
- PAs can work in a variety of settings, including corporate offices, private homes, and other organizations.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
