Job Title: Head of Production
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost- effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage production budgets, resources, and workforce allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive process improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to enhance team performance
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and engineering teams.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior production management role.
- Working knowledge of- Injection moulding, Blow moulding, Thermo Foaming, Various cosmetics production lines, Diaper Production lines, soap production lines etc.
