Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Job Summary
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service, maintain high-quality food and beverage standards, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Supervision: Supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Food and Beverage Quality: Maintain high-quality food and beverage standards, ensuring consistency and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including handling customer payments and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, including coordinating repairs and maintenance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other supervisors and management staff to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant operations.
Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Restaurant Experience: 2+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Food Safety Certification: Food safety certification, such as ServSafe, is desirable.
- Certifications: Certifications, such as the Certified Restaurant Manager (CRM) or the Certified Food and Beverage Executive (CFBE), are desirable.
Required Skills:
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and supervise staff.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with ability to respond to customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with staff, customers, and management.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient restaurant operations.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with minimal downtime.
- Physical Demands: Physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting, are required.
- Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
