Job Title: Social Media Team Lead
Job Summary
- A Social media team lead ensures that the Company stays active, relevant, and engaging in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Oversee daily content planning, scheduling, and posting across various platforms .
- Ensure all customers enquiries are responded to in lead time. I.e. within 1hour.
- Monitor trends in the industry to create innovative and engaging content.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
- Identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Track competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with sales team to highlight new launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and guidelines.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages and foster an interactive brand community
- Work closely with content creators, designers and influencers to develop quality visuals and videos.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4 – 6 years work experience.
- Preferably female applicants for gender balance.
