Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Job Summary
- The proposed job holder will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
- The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize recruitment needs, manage multiple job openings, and use data-driven insights to improve hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and attract passive candidates using LinkedIn, social media, and other direct sourcing methods.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs importantly in the healthcare sector.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring progress in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Utilize job boards, employee referrals, and networking to source high-quality talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Provide hiring recommendations based on a thorough evaluation of candidate skills and experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, employees, and external clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a seamless candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use recruitment metrics to track hiring effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
Requirements
Educational Level:
Must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
Must have:
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
- Experience in Healthcare roles is also an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills (LinkedIn, social media, referrals).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment metrics effectively.
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
