Job Title: HR Manager 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy for entry-level event marketers and freelance event staff
  • Recruit education placement advisors and administrative staff for our company.
  • Manage onboarding, contracts, and documentation for all employees.
  • Establish a screening & hiring process for event staff and education consultants.
  • Supervise and maintain a database of freelance vendors, event crew, and education consultants.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and staff retention strategies.
  • Handle employee grievances, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Manage HR operations, including attendance tracking, scheduling, and payroll coordination.
  • Organize regular training for our staff on customer service, event management, and professionalism.
  • Implement ongoing training for our advisors on international study trends, visa processing, and client relations.
  • Develop leadership training programs for internal staff growth.
  • Foster a work culture that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and employee satisfaction.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and performance incentives.
  • Implement HR policies that align with both businesses’ goalsandgrowth.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, contracts, and workplace policies.
  • Manage payroll coordination with finance, ensuring timely salary and benefits processing.
  • Keep updated records of staff contracts, leave management, and HR documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Management or related course.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
