Job Title: Female Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide information, resolve queries, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team goals.
- Prioritize tasks and deliver on coordination needs.
- Use basic Excel skills to manage and close tasks.
- Act as an enabler to push teams for the closure of pending indents/tasks.
Requirements
- Degree from a reputable institution
- 2 years experience in a sales or Customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Eloquent , confident and pleasant.
- Age between 28 – 35 years old.
- Must stay close to job location.
- Be available to resume immediately.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
