Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Core Responsibilities
- Addressing customer questions about products, services and orders.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Offering accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Taking and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in communications or any other related field
- Should have at least 2 years of experience as a customer service representative
- Experience in a retail environment will be an added advantage
- Must stay in Ikoyi or its’ environs (Onsite role)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
