Job Title: Divisional Cold Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Divisional Cold assets, Administration and Chiller management process.
• Responsible for providing accurate data & analysis regarding cold management, provide data and support to Chiller Vendors and FSTs, Manage and Monitor all cold escalations, repairs and general maintenance.
• Provide support with help desk management and escalate to ensure turn-round time for all chiller repairs and maintenance.
• General cold asset management, administration and reconciliations.
• Cold Review Meetings (1st week of the Month)
• Weekly Trade Visits/Route Riding.
• Chiller Ticketing Complilations-Weekly.
• Monthly Chiller Journey Plan
• Weekly Trade Visit Reports.
• Documents shared through mail.
