Job Title: Senior HR Officer – Compensation, Benefits, & Compliance
Job Summary
- The Senior HR Officer will design and manage payroll, competitive compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- This role ensures fair pay structures, benefits administration, and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation structures aligned with market standards.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and benefits analysis.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Handle audits, reporting, and regulatory documentation.
- Manage employee pension schemes, insurance, and other benefits.
- Utilize HR analytics and HRIS to track payroll, benefits, and compliance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, and Microsoft Office 365.
- CIPM Certification preferred.
Benefits
- Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 per month
- Pension, Group Life Assurance, HMO, Leave Allowance
