Job Title: Customer Care Officer 

Job Responsibilities

  • Excellent knowledge about latest tourism trends
  • Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients’ needs
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support through crosselling.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with new and existing customers through open and interactive communication
  • Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
  • Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes
  • Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients’ needs
  • Meet personal / customer service team sales targets and call and message handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good verbal communication by following guidelines and policies
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, messages and mails
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification in any field
  • 2 – 3 years experience as a Customer Care Executive in a travels and tour company
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of CRM.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
