Job Title: Community Pharmacist
Responsibilities
- Dispensed medications and provided patient counseling on proper use and potential side effects
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain patient records and medication profiles
- Provide immunizations and health screenings as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Participate in pharmacy operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
- Stay up-to-date on new medications, therapies, and industry developments
- Adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies governing pharmacy practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) Degree from an accredited institution
- 1-3 years of experience as a practicing community pharmacist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting healthy communities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a community pharmacy setting.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday (9:am – 5:pm)
- Two saturdays a Month (9am-2pm).
Salary
N220,000 – N250,000 monthly.
