Job Title: Operations Manager (Motorbike Logistics Company)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics, including route planning and optimization
• Coordinate with riders to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Monitor and address operational issues, such as traffic congestion or bike breakdowns
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to riders
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Other duties as may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 – 7 years work experience.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
