Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

• We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts, grow our digital presence, and drive online sales.
• This role requires a deep understanding of fashion retail, e-commerce, and digital marketing strategies to engage our target audience and boost brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Brand Growth:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales.
• Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other key platforms.
• Plan and oversee content marketing strategies, including blogs, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure innovative and effective digital marketing initiatives.

E-commerce & Performance Marketing:

• Drive traffic and sales through SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and paid social media campaigns.
• Optimize the e-commerce website for conversion, improving user experience, product placement, and navigation.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention and engagement.
• Analyze and improve online customer journeys to maximize revenue and minimize drop-offs.

Social Media & Influencer Marketing:

• Build and execute influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to expand brand reach.
• Collaborate with influencers, fashion bloggers, and content creators to showcase products effectively.
• Oversee social media content, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Track and report on key digital marketing KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and social media growth.
• Utilize data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to refine strategies and maximize performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and landing pages to improve results.

People Management & Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
• Provide clear KPIs, performance reviews, and professional development plans for team members.
• Work cross-functionally with the Buying, Sales, and Creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Manage agency partnerships and freelancers, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion retail or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, Marsello and other e-commerce tools.
• Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and influencer marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for fashion and digital trends.
