Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer (R & A)
Job Description
- The ideal candidate must have an in-depth knowledge and rounded experience in designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems in industrial applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Install and commission refrigeration and air conditioning systems as well as ensuring they are set up correctly and functioning efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and routinely fix faults or malfunctions in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Recharge systems with refrigerant and check for leaks on regular basis.
- Routinely test and inspect installed systems to ensure they meet performance standards and safety regulations.
- Providee technical support and guidance to Company’s production platforms and flow Stations regarding refrigeration and air conditioning systems operation and maintenance.
- Liaise and work with other related technicians (electricians, plumbers etc) on production platforms to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry standards in refrigeration and air conditioning.
- Undertake maintenance tasks, call out response & repair of all types of Air Conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Develop and constantly review preventive maintenance schedule for all the platforms and flow station.
- Generate and regularly update asset register for all Company assets.
- Liaise all internal and external stakeholders to ensure all scheduled maintenance activities are promptly carried out as required.
Requirements
- A minimum of B. Eng Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering field is required with practical hands-on experience. A postgraduate degree will be an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
- Must possess technical knowledge with analytical thinking, attention to detail and internal customer service skills..
- A minimum of 12 years’ experience in an E&P Company or related industry experience.
- Must be ready to work under pressure.
- Good proficiency with MS Office suite – Excel / PowerPoint / Word / Project.
- Strong customer focus for both internal and the eternal parties.
- Have detailed understanding of hydrocarbon processing systems Operations & Maintenance.
- Must be analytical and have an eye for detail.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills.
