Network Administrator at a Forefront ICT and Telecom Provider

Job Title: Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues across the organization.
• Monitor the performance of network systems, detecting and resolving issues related to connectivity, speed, and security. 
• Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches and wireless access points.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure network data is backed up regularly and that recovery procedures are in place in case of system failure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related discipline. 
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science would be added advantage.

Experience, Attributes & Skills Required:

• Minimum of 3 year’s experience in Network Administration – LAN & WAN.
• Knowledge of system security procedures and Network management.
• Conversant with different network topologies and technologies and trends in the I.T. industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
