Job Title: Rollout Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for telecommunications towers
• Work closely with Planning unit to negotiate new sites and lease agreement based on planned coordinates
• Prepare and submit permit applications to relevant authorities and ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulatoryrequirements.
• Support senior site acquisition specialists in coordinating with engineers, legal teams and other stakeholders to facilitate the development of the site. 
• Maintain accurate records of site acquisition activities, including lease agreements, permits, and approvals
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, local government agencies, landlords, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of site acquisition projects.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Environmental Sciences or related field.
• 1 – 3 year’s experience in acquisition / negotiation of sites.
• Good negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
