Job Title: General Manager
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales, and growth strategy of the shapewear company.
- This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills to drive revenue, enhance brand visibility, and ensure efficient production and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior management on long-term business planning.
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring strong performance from sales and marketing teams.
- Develop e-commerce strategies to drive online sales through the company website and third-party platforms.
- Ensure smooth production and supply chain operations, optimizing cost and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management strategies.
- Oversee quality control and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Track and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Lead and motivate teams across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Train, and manage staff to align with company goals and values.
- Foster a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and performance evaluations.
- Enhance customer experience through personalized service and engagement strategies.
- Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Manage customer feedback and implement improvements to strengthen brand loyalty.
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business management, preferably in the fashion, retail, or shapewear industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, and retail distribution.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
