Job Title: Feed Mill Maintenance Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to lead maintenance operations at a feed mill facility.
- The successful candidate will ensure optimal equipment performance and lead a team of technicians to prevent downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of feed mill machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective measures
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 7 years of maintenance experience in feed mill or similar industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of industrial maintenance best practices.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly
