Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and personable bartender to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences. 
• You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a lively and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Take drink and food orders from customers and servers.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tools, and work areas.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and inform management of shortages.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations.
• Monitor guest intoxication levels and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or bartending training is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Working in a high-energy, customer-focused setting.
